Memories of you fill my head,
As I walk down what used to be our street,
Tangled in you on your bed,
My heart fluttered as our eyes meet.
First kiss and I’m on my knees,
All of this is against my will,
Your touch was light, sea breeze,
Loved the way you made me feel,
Admired your smile,
Even when they lied,
Wanted to keep you by my side,
I can’t seem to win this fight,
You taught me love and pain,
With you, I felt whole,
But I was just someone to blame,
Never the one for you to put in BOLD,
For a few months I’ll say I stay,
For a few years I’ll say I wait,
For a decade I’ll say the same,
